Joe Dix
Chief Executive Officer

Joe Dix is the founder and CEO of CANDID Business Solutions, LLC. Founded in 2006, Mr. Dix manages the day-to-day operations of the company, including vendor relationships, back office systems, customer care, accounting, sales, and marketing. Prior to CANDID Joe had a 16-year career in the telecommunications industry. He worked in key positions with WilTel (Level 3) Communications where he demonstrated a flair for sales and marketing. Joe managed international carriers such as Lucent, Qwest, AT&T and McLeod. As a result he also developed a strong affinity for technology. Joe was recognized as a top 1% producer among National and Midwest regional enterprise sales organizations. Prior to his career in telecommunications Joe worked with US Senator Connie Mack. Joe received his BA in Political Science with a minor in Business from Indiana University and lives in the Chicago area.


Jim Kramer
President

Jim Kramer is President of CANDID Business Solutions. Mr. Kramer joined the company in 2007 and is responsible for managing large accounts and CANDID’s cost reduction partner program. Jim's career prior to CANDID spans nearly 40 years in the telecommunications industry. He held leadership roles with AT&T, MCI Telecommunications, Qwest and several startup firms in the telecom space where he managed customer service, enterprise sales, national sales and sales engineering organizations. His entrepreneurial approach led to the development of industry specific products meeting the needs of AT&T’s largest business customers. At MCI Jim developed the first Major Account sales program and initiated a successful vertical marketing program. During the 1990s, Jim co-founded three telecommunications companies, the last of which became publicly traded in 2000. Most recently, Jim led the southern California Qwest Communications sales organization where his team consistently placed in the top 10% nationwide. Jim received his BA from the University of Texas (Austin) and resides in Orange County, California.

Jay Pyne
Vice President

Jay Pyne is Vice President of CANDID Business Solutions. Mr. Pyne joined the company in 2009 and is responsible for new business development efforts, sales channel partner relationships, sales operations and business planning. Jay has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. He held key leadership positions in sales and marketing at MCI in Washington DC, New York, Los Angeles, Dallas, Denver and Atlanta. During the last ten years Jay has led sales organizations at Windstream Supply and Ernest Communications. He led business development efforts for AUS Information Systems and Trextel. Jay also provides CANDID and its client’s business management, operations and planning experience from serving the financial services, manufacturing, retail food services, commercial real estate, telecommunications and information technologies industries as a business consultant. Jay resides in the Atlanta area.
