Leadership Team

Jim Kramer is President of CANDID Business Solutions. Mr. Kramer joined the company in 2007 and is responsible for managing large accounts and CANDID’s cost reduction partner program. Jim's career prior to CANDID spans nearly 40 years in the telecommunications industry. He held leadership roles with AT&T, MCI Telecommunications, Qwest and several startup firms in the telecom space where he managed customer service, enterprise sales, national sales and sales engineering organizations. His entrepreneurial approach led to the development of industry specific products meeting the needs of AT&T’s largest business customers. At MCI Jim developed the first Major Account sales program and initiated a successful vertical marketing program. During the 1990s, Jim co-founded three telecommunications companies, the last of which became publicly traded in 2000. Most recently, Jim led the southern California Qwest Communications sales organization where his team consistently placed in the top 10% nationwide. Jim received his BA from the University of Texas (Austin) and resides in Orange County, California.
