Company History

CANDID Business Solutions began as a small telecommunications agency called CoverAll in 2002. Founder Joe Dix observed that clients were having difficulty understanding all of the changes in the industry. He saw the opportunity to keep up with the advancements in technology, the many new services being introduced, and the frequent updates on the regulatory front for them and began providing solutions to his clients that were cost effective and that made sense.

In 2006 Joe expanded his approach and changed the name to CANDID Business Solutions.

Why the name CANDID? CANDID is defined as honest, free from prejudice, impartial, open, sincere, straightforward, and unbiased. This is the view Joe wanted our clients to have of our company. He also knew from experience that clients value 'best in class' solutions. Consequently he developed alliances with partners and service providers in various sectors of the telecommunications industry. CANDID could now provide a full range of customized solutions for voice, data, and wireless applications to its clients. This enabled CANDID to not only cut costs for their clients but also educate them on how to better operate their companies.

In 2007, Jim Kramer joined Joe as President of CANDID Business Solutions adding momentum to the growth of the company. Together they have provided telecom solutions to medium sized businesses and enterprise clients in a variety of industries.

At the beginning of 2009 Joe and Jim began to design solutions for clients in other high cost areas. CANDID found subject matter experts who could solve the other business problems their clients were facing.

In 2009, Jay Pyne joined the CANDID team to help expand the full range of solutions we offer and assist in the full development of the overall operation of the company.

Together the CANDID Business Solution's leadership team has over 85 years of business and management experience across multiple industries. We offer solutions in nine major cost areas that provide our clients with cost recovery and cost reduction strategies. All solutions are CANDID and are developed to improve your profits and gain control of your primary cost centers.
